I met Don at Auto Tec on a Monday morning when my 2009 Subaru Impreza needed emergency triage, and the mechanic I’d been waiting for just didn’t bother to show up (or return calls). Don graciously worked me into their queue promptly, engineered a quick fix to get me on my way, and followed up within a couple of hours with a detailed work estimate by email. When I returned–this time, with an appointment!–they got my work done under estimate and almost a day ahead of schedule, with some advice on something to watch and full documentation of what was done.
Don is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. The technician that I met on my first visit was personable and friendly. Their work bays are clean and well-organized. Overall I get the impression that this 2nd-generation family business is proud, professional, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely be back for all of my little Subaru’s future support! – 4/5/2017
